      Does ZPlayCine provide channels, movies or series?

      No. We are a player. You connect your own playlist. We take care of the interface, the guide, profiles and sync.

      Does it work with my current list?

      Yes — with your playlist link or with your server login (server, username and password).

      How do I activate the app on my TV?

      Open the app on your TV, note the 6-letter code and go to zplaycine.com/activate on your phone. The TV signs in on its own — no typing passwords with the remote.

      Which devices does it work on?

      Today: iPhone, iPad, Android and Android TV / Fire TV. Coming soon: web, Apple TV, Samsung, LG and Roku.

      Can I use it on more than one screen?

      Yes. Favourites and watch progress stay in sync. The number of simultaneous screens depends on your plan.

      How does payment work?

      Every new device gets 7 free days with all features. After that, you can keep using the free plan (2 minutes per title or channel) or subscribe to Premium in your account at my.zplaycine.com, paying by card. See how in Activate or renew.
