Delete your account

You can delete your ZPlayCine account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. In the app

Open Settings › Profile & account › Delete my account and confirm. It works the same in the phone app, on the TV and at tv.zplaycine.com, signed in to the account.

Deletion in the app is immediate.

2. By e-mail

If you cannot open the app, write to suporte@zplaycine.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the account’s e-mail address, or include the device key shown in the app (3 letters and 3 numbers), so we can find the account and confirm it is yours. We handle e-mail requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

3. What is deleted

• your profiles;
• your watch history (continue watching);
• My List and favorites;
• the playlists saved to the account, including their credentials;
• your sessions on every device.

4. What is not deleted

• Devices are released from the account, not deleted: they no longer show your data and can be signed in again.
• Payment and credit records are kept only for as long as the law requires, and are no longer linked to you.
• Your playlist provider is a third party: deleting your ZPlayCine account does not cancel or delete your account with them.
