Terms of Use

Translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the ZPlayCine app and services ("ZPlayCine", "we"). By creating an account, activating a device, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What ZPlayCine is
ZPlayCine is a media player. The app does not provide, host, or sell channels, movies, series, or any audiovisual content. To watch, you add your own playlist (an Xtream Codes or M3U playlist) obtained from a provider of your choice. The content displayed is streamed from the playlist that you configure, entirely at your own responsibility.
2. Account, devices, and trial period
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and the credentials of the playlists you add confidential.
- Each account has a limit on the number of linked devices. You can link and unlink your devices from your account.
- We may offer a free trial period. When it ends, access requires an active subscription.
Purchase and payment
When you purchase ZPlayCine, you are buying a license/subscription to use the app — not the content, which comes from your own playlist. Purchases are made through an official channel or an authorized reseller, and access is granted once payment is confirmed (for example, via Pix). Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use ZPlayCine only for lawful and personal purposes. The following is prohibited:
- using the app to access, distribute, or play content without the proper rights or authorization;
- copying, modifying, decompiling, reselling, or reverse-engineering the app, or using our brand without authorization;
- bypassing device limits, automating improper access, or compromising the security of the service.
4. Third-party content
The playlists, credentials, and the content they stream belong to third parties chosen by you. ZPlayCine has no control over the quality, legality, availability, or ownership of that content, and is not responsible for it. If a provider distributes content fraudulently or unlawfully, the responsibility lies solely with that provider and whoever uses it.
5. Copyright
We respect intellectual property. If you believe that any content accessible through a playlist infringes copyright, please see our Copyright Policy (DMCA) to learn how to notify us. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZPlayCine is not liable for content-provider outages, data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of third-party playlists.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or a legal requirement. You may close your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service is operated. Your applicable consumer-protection and privacy rights are preserved, including the data-subject rights recognized by the strictest international privacy standards, regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
